Red for meat, yellow for chicken.  No cross contamination.  Easy to wash just throw in the machine when home.  ( Please note continued washing will diminish the waterproofing of the bag naturally and we can not guarantee 100% waterproofing due to recycled materials.  However these are great products for keeping your meats separate and bags washed)
