If your bag fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it at our discretion.  Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.  Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate determined upon review on a case-by-case basis and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

We take pride in creating our products locally, with care and attention to detail. Each item is lovingly handmade by us. However, we understand that despite our best efforts, imperfections may occur.

Working with some of our materials can be challenging, but this also makes our products unique. Rest assured, any imperfections do not compromise the functionality or quality of our products.

Please note that due to the nature of our materials, our stitching may not always be perfectly straight. Most of our items are crafted from offcuts and remnants, and while we try to use the best parts of the material, we cannot guarantee their age or previous life. However, we make products that we would use ourselves and are confident in their lifespan - in fact, we usually keep the first of each product for ourselves as a gauge.
